Philip Conquest
Chairman and Technical Director
“I have 40 years experience of Printing, Typesetting and Systems Administration having started my apprenticeship when I was 15.
My main interests are music, gardening and anything you could describe as a “gadget”, and recently I’ve been trying to get fit at the local gym.
Through my involvement in LMI-UK I now also help managers and other business leaders to achieve their full potential.”
Ian Craig
Managing Director
“Having spent 47 years in the print trade, I have seen the many changes that have shaped the modern day capture and manipulation of data into the high speed production of the typographical composed page. I spent my 7 year apprentiship as a hot metal compositor, and have seen the industry progress from linotype to punched paper tape, all the way to the creation of the composed page via XML coding.
I am now semi retired and look on with great pride at the way my family have moved Kerrypress onto greater things. I am proud of what we have achieved since starting the company some 25 years ago and long may it prosper.”

Currently, my role within Kerrypress involves style development of new titles and ensuring that the conversion and page-makeup of current jobs runs smoothly.
My interests include reading, swimming and going on long country walks with my husband and two young children.”
